We appreciate that you have busy lives which may mean that you are not always able to attend a 
  previously scheduled appointment. If you can contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment 
  and we will endeavour to rearrange your appointment to a more convenient time. We ask that you 
  give us as much notice as possible so that we can offer your appointment to somebody else on 
  our ‘cancellation’ list. 
  NHS Appointment
  Please give the practice at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you 
  miss or late cancel (within 24 hours) an appointment on more than one occasion, we will be unable 
  to offer you further NHS care at the practice.
  Non-NHS Appointment
  We will request 50% of the appointment fee which is calculated dependent on the length of time 
  allocated to you. For instance, if you miss an appointment for a £60 hygiene session you will 
  be charged £30.
